About the Role
We are looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented Estate Planning Paralegal to join our team. You’ll play a key role in guiding families through important decisions and ensuring their wishes are clearly documented. We are looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented Estate Planning Paralegal to join our team. You’ll play a key role in guiding families through important decisions and ensuring their wishes are clearly documented. What You Will Do
- Draft estate planning documents like wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives
- Support clients during document signings and notarizations
- Stay organized by maintaining case files, deadlines, and key communications
- Collaborate with attorneys and team members to deliver top-notch service
- Communicate and coordinate with clients, financial institutions, and agencies
- Help ensure everything we do is compliant and accurate
Qualifications
- Experience: 2 years of estate planning or probate experience (law firm setting preferred)
- Skills: Strong knowledge of estate planning documents, excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and proficiency in legal software (e.g., WealthCounsel, Clio, Academy, or similar)
- Soft Skills: Client-focused mindset, ability to work independently and collaboratively, and strong organizational skills

Compensation: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
