About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Estate Planning Paralegal to join our team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in estate planning and probate matters. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance healthcare directives
- Assist with estate planning document execution and notarization
- Conduct legal research and draft correspondence
- Maintain and organize case files and deadlines
- Communicate with clients, financial institutions, and government agencies
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of estate planning or probate experience (law firm setting preferred)
- Skills: Strong knowledge of estate planning documents, excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and proficiency in legal software (e.g., WealthCounsel, Clio, Academy, or similar)
- Soft Skills: Client-focused mindset, ability to work independently and collaboratively, and strong organizational skills

Compensation: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
